Last night was Turks Head Woggles and a square knot keyring. Both made using paracord.
Good effort. Everyone went home with a keyring and most, with various amounts of assistance, managed the woggle. The leaders also managed to go home with various burns from singeing the ends of the cord. We really need to get better at that! Maybe next time we will let the Scouts do it themselves. :-)
For those who might want to have another go these are links to a couple of web pages that explain, although the use of Google will find hundreds of different knots and projects that you can make with paracord. If you don't want to buy paracord then, clearly, any cord or rope would do the job.
