Promise, Law and our Code of Conduct

A central part of being a Scout is making the Scout Promise and keeping the Scout Law.

In addition Meriden Scouts have also created our own Code of Conduct with each item suggested by the Scouts themselves. We will be getting all the Scouts to sign up to this

1st Meriden Scout Troop Code of Conduct: 

1. We will wear our uniform to Scouts and look smart 
2. We will respect other Scouts and Scout Leaders. 
3. We will always listen to the leaders when they are talking. 
4. We will work together and encourage team work. 
5. We will be friendly to each other. 
6. We will do our best. 
7. We will be good winners and losers. 
8. We will treat each other as we would expect to be treated. 
9. We will not mess about or fight. 
10. We will not back chat. 
11. We will not swear. 
12. We will not to bring mobiles or gaming devises to scout lead activities 
13. We will have fun.
